Job Description
Plan & prepare company s sales target & projections.
Develop tie ups with clients, MEP Contractors & end users to receive continuous enquiries for maintenance projects.
Conduct site visit, do technical analysis of requirements, estimate costs, prepare and submit quote, follow-up & book the orders.
Maintain healthy sales margins by constant evaluation of material and labor cost, product selections & aggressive negotiations.
Develop business sector for FM works, HVAC small projects, specialist HVAC maintenance contractor & increase market presence & market share.
Develop knowledge & information base to quote for integrated FM projects.
Maintain constant contacts with customers and ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
Develop tie ups with various key vendors such as Daikin, JCI, Carrier, Trane, etc.
Maintain the profitability of the company and company s overall image in good shape.
Assist other departments for technical support.
Develop a training program for new recruits.
Requirements
Good engineering practices to be developed within the team.
Develop a good engineering team and maintain high quality of drawings, material submittals and project documentation.
Develop engineering manuals for good engineering practices and implement the same in various projects.
Develop standard project handing over documents such as: as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and warranty letters.
