• Oversee frontline vendors’ optimization project, target reducing of vendor spend on a YoY basis
• Drive universities relations (tiering approach) targeting highly accredited universities with desired graduate capabilities and skillset
• Develop Talent Acquisition program frameworks following best practice elements, including but not limited to the related tools, forms, guidelines and policies in line with defined process, procedures and organizational requirements.
• Cultivate a continuous development culture, through nurturing effective dialogues with various stakeholders for insightful feedback across the business and propose solutions and new concepts from a talent acquisition perspective to the leadership team for further consideration and implementation.
• Lead the MAF Retail Top 200 Positions programme’s strategic hiring
• Lead the reporting on the performance of agencies and vendors
• Review and sign offer letters prepared by the GS TA team
• Develop and implement the Retail Graduate Program across the MAF Retail organization, the Retail Internship Program and the Retail New Hire Orientation
• Program(s) following the same standards and governance
• Design and conduct the annual Retail Talent Market Mapping
• Providing guidance on designing roadmaps and timelines, key deliverables and success metrics and system guidelines relevant to the MAF Retail vision, culture and objectives; proposing sustainable solutions where needed, ensuring programme success and full implementation within MAF Retail
• Develop and conduct regular reviews on the progress of leaders’ development plans against their objectives to further evaluate programme efficiency and effectiveness
