Responsibilities:
• To create rate codes and rate plans/rate access/packages for rate mapping/distribution.
• Ensure rate parity among OTA channels.
• Review Inventory Control and Mark Sold Out / Valid dates for next 90 days.
• Continuously analyzing availability of rates while ensuring parity across all distribution channels.
• Handle B2B/B2C – wholesale accounts.
• OTA and BE Content Management & Audit (update hotel information, ensure the picture quality loaded on brand and third party websites).
• Reservation delivery rate check on daily basis.
• Rate distribution (ARI) thru Channel Manager.
• Monitoring page ranking/visibility and content on OTA’s. Updating the same on OTA audit sheet and OTA Production Tracking Tool.
• Handling OTA contracts, hotel profile set up, description, location, photos and other important information on the extranet (Booking.com Expedia, Agoda, hotel website and etc.).
• Upload tactical & promotions/package in OTA and BE (i.e. Minimum stay, advance purchase or early bird etc.
• Checking daily primary competition set pricing and aligning Best Flex Rate accordingly.
