Project Coordinator

Maintain and monitor solar project plans, project schedules, and expenditures.

Coordinate with the Engineering team.

Manage site work, monitor project progress, and coordinate with the project manager, clients, and

On-site installation teams.

Obtain approvals and permits.

Ensure project deadlines are met and determine project changes.

Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.

Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions.

Weekly provision of project updates to Clients.

Contact clients and arrange site solar installation appointments.

Coordinate with the subcontractors on daily and weekly tasks.

Daily onsite visits to monitor solar installation and regular site inspections.

Attend Utility (DEWA, SEWA, FEWA, ADDC, UTICO ), Municipality and Developers inspections.

Solar monitoring and troubleshooting.

Supervise maintenance work.
