Job Description
IT Financial Analyst
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Finance Analyst to join our IT
team. The ideal candidate will understand the IT landscape and be able to lead the
cost management across the department.
Objectives of this Role
Performfinancial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
Analyze financial data and createfinancial modelsfor decision support
Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews
Analyze past results, performvariance analysis, identify trends, and make
recommendations for improvements
Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial
reporting
Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results
with plans andforecasts
Guide thecost analysisprocess by establishing and enforcing policies and
procedures
Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for
optimization
Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making
comparative analyses; study proposed changes in methods and materials
Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard
and ad-hoc reports, tools, andExcel dashboards
Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum of a Bachelor s Degree in Finance, Economics or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in related role
Proficiency in MS Office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical skills
Strong multitasking skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong presentation skills
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to work independently
