Job Description
- Input data in ERP System,
- Support SCM team in:
- Liaising with dealers for shipping documents including packing list, delivery report, CO re-export, certificate of manufacture, CO/CQ, customer clearance, invoice
- Liaising with local forwarders for delivery arrangement to customers nationwide.
- Providing Accounting with original docs for payment process
- File shipping documents including shipping arrival, original documents
- Check & provide serial number of machines for sales
- Prepare and provide the delivery documents for direct sales
Requirements
- Education: college degree, preferred in business/supply chain management/logistic related field
- Work experience: No
- Good command in writing and speaking English
- Computer skill: Microsoft office
- Details oriented, hardworking, results oriented and able to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Careful, good at number and excel
