Business Analyst

Simplify and automate reporting and other data-driven activities; build solutions to have the maximum scale and self-service ability by stakeholders
• Making and preparing thoughtful and insightful dashboards which are interactive and contribute to the decision making
• Establish governance and engage data engineering to deliver automated solutions, where possible.
• Solve crucial business problems and enable business functions to scale at large
• Manage and optimize processes for data intake, validation, mining, and engineering as well as modeling, visualization, and communication outputs
• Standardize methodologies to bring efficiency, uniformity, and timeliness to required insights.

Job Requirements:
• Working experience in visualization tools like Google Data Studio/ PowerBI is a must-have
• R or Python are great good-to-haves
• Expertise in MS Excel (advanced)/ Google Sheets is mandatory
• Minimum 3 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, and related roles, preferably in the eCommerce industry
• Experience in forecasting and predictive modeling is a bonus
