Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Greet our guests and accompany them to their tables
• Give menu and provide guests with detailed information if they ask (e.g. portions , ingredients or potential food allergies)
• Give recommendations upon request
• Promote additional and signature products when appropriate
• Take accurate food and drinks orders
• Transfer order details to the Kitchen coworkers
• Serve food and drink orders with etiquette
• Check if the dishes and kitchenware conform hygiene standards and report any problems
• Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area
• Deliver checks and collect bill payments
• Carry dirty plates, glasses and silverware to the kitchen
• Conform all regulations from the health authorities
