Channel Operation

1. Responsible for the cooperation and negotiation of vertical traffic channels in the currency circle, internal and external traffic expansion, promote vertical channel cooperation, and create medium and long-term project cooperation; 2. Negotiate KOL cooperation in the target area, and have abundant KOL cooperation resources in the currency circle; 3. Integrate and optimize KOL channel resource allocation, tap KOL traffic potential, continuously optimize channel traffic retention, and efficiently solve problems encountered in channel operation; 4. Data analysis, form a complete data report for the basic data of the work in charge, and propose a work improvement plan, and continue to develop new traffic acquisition plans; 5. Realize the development and introduction of large-scale and high-quality traffic KOL channels through business negotiations, and reach strategic cooperation with mainstream traffic platforms and traffic alliances, including but not limited to CPC/CPA/CPD, etc., to efficiently explore resource replacement and traffic cooperation; Job Requirements: 1. More than 2 years of experience in online traffic and KOL operation and expansion, familiar with major traffic portals and channels in the currency circle, and proficient in various traffic cooperation methods; 2. Possess excellent negotiation and communication skills and channel operation skills, have business development and management capabilities for traffic projects, and can independently negotiate channels and achieve expected goals; 3. Strong self-driving force, good pressure resistance and self-driving force, good at learning and self-improvement, innovative spirit and network development ability; 4. Bachelor degree or above; English level 6 or above, strong listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, English as the working language; 5. It is a priority to have the cooperation resources of the currency circle traffic matrix; 6. Open for all nationalities but at least know how to speak English. 7. Willing to work in Dubai, UAE.
