Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Co-responsible for achieving the business goals with a focus on the optimal utilization of our capacities
• Production of food and beverage cards for the F & B sector
• Budget responsibility including measures to comply with budget forecasts
• Planning, monitoring and coordinating the daily processes of the F & B departments
• Participation and conduct of meetings and daily briefings
• Implementation of standards and ensuring the highest possible guest satisfaction
• Responsible for the service and vacation planning taking into account the business volume
