Job Description
Our client is looking to hire for their Dubai operations, the position of a Full Stack Developer. The ideal candidate will be part of a cross-functional team that handles the full software development life cycle,from conception to deployment using the latest technologies.
Responsibilities:
As a full stack developer, you should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third party libraries:
- Design client-side architecture
- Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
- Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
- Write effective APIs
- End to End testing to ensure responsiveness and efficiency and with Web UI testing frameworks (i.e. Jasmin, selenium) / Continuous Integration (DEVOPS)
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
- Create security and data protection settings
- Write technical documentation
- Work with Big data experts / Data scientists and analysts to improve software
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science with minimum 5+ years of experience
- Proficiency with fundamental front end languages such as HTML5, CSS3, HTML frameworks like bootstrap and material)
- Proficiency with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React JS and Node JS
- Proficiency with multiple server side languages such as Java, Python, Ruby, PHP, webservers like Spring boot, nginx, apache
- Proficiency with database technologies such as MySQL, Non-relational databases (i.e. Elastic, Hadoop, Mongo)
- Familiar with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Good knowledge in Micro Services, Monitoring Services like Prometheus /cadvisor, queueing systems (i.e. RabbitMQ, Kafka)
