Lounge Manager

Responsibility:

• Manage the day-to-day Lobby Lounge operations.
• Maintain exceptional levels of customer service.
• Train and develop the team members and provide guidance as applicable.
• Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
• Engage with guests to ensure an unforgettable dining experience, while paying attention to guest preferences and needs.
• Work within budgeted guidelines in relation to food & beverage.
• Drive sales to maximize budgeted revenue.
• Assist in developing menus and promotions.
• Incentivise team members to maximize sales and revenue.
• Set departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures.
