FOOD DELIVERY FOREMAN

Responsibilities:
• Ensure that all food and drinks are delivered to the guest room in a timely manner.
• Ensure all bills are accurate and collect money upon delivery.
• Ensure order are correct.
• Ensure all the food and beverage delivering on time.
• Take away all the cutleries and chinaware form the guest room and corridor when informed.
• Strict in hotel policy and procedure, especially enter the guest room.
• Before ending the call with the guest, place the order for the guest and repeat the order.
• Make sure to order correctly as requested by the guest.
• Make sure not to enter rooms with ” Do Not Disturb ” .
• Ensure never enter “DND” room.
• When told to collect cutlery, make sure to collect all cutlery in the guest room or hallway.
• Strictly follow hotel policies and procedures, especially when entering guest rooms.
• Repeat order before hang up the phone.
