Job Description
- Coordinates to close raised issues, or provide workarounds within a scheduled time period.
- Investigate and resolve issues identified by project users, engaging vendor support services as required.
- Provides or plans ongoing user support for multiple 3D applications.
- Manage the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems.
- Assist with the development of quality procedures and supporting documentation that reflect best practice initiatives and workflows that will assist in the efficient use of CAD applications.
- Develop new insights into situations and apply innovative solutions to make organizational improvements.
- Support a work environment that encourages creative thinking and innovation.
Requirements
- Academic Education to Diploma Level Minimum in Mechanical Engineering.
- Familiar with Auto CAD application.
- Min 3-5 years of experience in Piping Engineering.
