• Produce, edit, and coordinate dynamic content for core digital platforms, including all our brand's websites, and social media channels.
• Lead creative strategy aligned with business objectives, messaging, audiences, and priorities, implementing a robust creative publishing schedule across social platforms to drive deeper engagement with our audiences, improve the user experience, and increase brand favorability and trust.
• Develop short and long-form video and motion graphics and extensions of digital content that support brand communications initiatives, campaigns, and promotions.
• Manage brand identity systems that advance and evolve our brands while remaining consistent to the brand for internal and external audiences
• Work cross-functionally with teams to develop a deeper understanding of consumer insights to help inform creative.
• Drive a deep understanding of and curiosity about competition for our audience's interests, contribute ideas for video stories, photos, graphic design, and other multimedia content that is fresh, compelling, and timely and that will meet audience interests and needs.
• Manage content development budget and lead management of agency/vendor partners.
• Manage brand media library to extend the value of asset production, repurposing and resurfacing impactful content.
• Collaborate with the strategists, writers, videographers, community managers to deliver bold storytelling for our audiences.
