Job Description
Black & Grey HR is recruiting for one of the top - tier developers in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our client is looking to hire a Senior Manager - Infrastructure who will be responsible for overseeing and reviewing all the conceptual and final design deliveries. The responsibilities of the role include -
- Analyzing all bridge options based on technical, constructability and cost
- Overseeing the logistical requirements of a project
- Meeting regularly with clients, third parties and other managers to report on progress
- Setting targets, objectives and responsibilities for all supervised staff
- Regularly reviewing timings, budget, labour, risk and project plans to ensure work stays on track
- Conducting site visits to inspect work, check materials and ensure staff are following health and safety guidelines
- Mentor project staff and ensure the delivery of quality work
- Provide technical support to project management during all project stages
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans
- Oversee and review conceptual and final design deliveries
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree or higher in related field
- Minimum 15+ years of solid GCC experience with Bridges
- In-depth understanding of Bridge construction procedures and material and project management principles
- Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with construction/ project management software
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- A team player with leadership abilities
