Senior Financial Director

• Oversight of all financial management activities, including business processes and administration
• Management of the accounting system and ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations
• Preparation of monthly financial forecasts and analysis of revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets
• Review and analysis of financial reports, with a focus on optimizing profitability
• Processing payments and maintaining meticulous record-keeping systems
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency in quantitative analysis
• Effective management of multiple projects and adherence to confidentiality requirements
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA qualification is strongly preferred
• Minimum 10 years+ of experience in financial management, with a proven track record of success at the senior level
• Extensive knowledge and experience in the African market, particularly in navigating letters of credit
• Expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
