• Lead and own preparation for key Customer Product team updates and forums
• Develop processes and manage communication, road mapping, prototyping, and user-boarding product tools
• Facilitate team initiatives and forums as needed.
• Define and operate planning & governance processes across Customer Product Organization for delivery against deadlines and consistency in quality
• Ensure product updates are successfully communicated within the broader organization.
• Support the team to the ability to pivot plans and respond swiftly to customer needs
• Influence cross-functionally to align functional plans
• Ensure comprehensive planning for product
• Define & manage KPI’s (leading, lagging indicators) across the product lifecycle
• Mobilize and coordinate a variety of initiatives across the Customer Product teams
• Deliver progress updates to stakeholders and leadership in order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
• Strong program/project management skills & strong facilitation skills

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills, including the ability to synthesize information that can be easily consumed by various executive audience
