Job Description
Job Purpose
The purpose of this job is to : -
- Preparing quotes for New Business & Renewals.
- Handling fleets - Register motor insurance claims and track them to ensure client and company satisfaction.
- IssuingMotorPolicies ViaDifferent Portals.
- Cross-selling of all other insurance lines.
Main Duties
Renewals follow-up.
Invoicing issued policies.
Ensure that the customers have competitive quotes according to their requirements.
Responding to queries in a timely and professional manner in such a way as to enhance our reputation with its customers.
Following up with insurance companies on the status of the policies.
Communicatingtotheclientontheprogressoftheirpolicies & claims.
Following up on payments and outstanding.
Develop & maintain excellent relationships with both internal & external parties.
Preparing report on pending enquires/quotes and coordinating with the team head.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 year s experience in motor underwriting
Knowledge of relevant state laws on insurance, especially auto-insurance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Negotiation skills
