Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Receive employee complaints, suggestions and queries and make sure they have been handled
• Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing various engagement activities
• Assist the Human Resources Leader in the preparation of periodic reports as required
• Ensure HR Processes, Policies & Systems are followed in any activity carried out.
• Managing payroll additions and deductions in coordination with the payroll team.
