Sr Executive, ECommerce

Responsibilities:
• Cost, quality and efficiency management to achieve operations SLAs
• Ensure the system and ops level guidelines strictly adhere in the respective facilities
• Visit and followup with hubs to ensure all measuring KPIs are met
• Ensure all the Assets are in place and good working condition for the smooth operations
• Be a core team member in the engagement between the supply chain planning & ops team and the various categories
• Lead lean initiatives to improve key fulfilment related metrics
• Ensuring TAT control fo Achieve Last Mile metrics to ensure performance goals are successfully met, decrease incident rates, comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), etc.
• Accountable for communication of progress, accomplishments and challenges
• Monitor the established KPI and productivity goals for subordinates and drivers.
• Responsible for handling manpower and create, review & analyze reports on operations
• Identify lead/lag indicators and drive initiatives to get things back on track
• Track and improve key metrics pertaining to DC fulfilment customer delight, covering speed and accuracy and taking quick decisions to align end objective of seller and
• Engagement with the customers, customer support and drivers to ensure proper communication is distributed for successful completion of deliveries in the established time frame.
