• Manage end to end execution of brand and retail concepts guidelines in hypermarkets and supermarkets ensuring brand consistency and adherence to the brand guidelines
• Lead new store branding and signage across marketing and business projects from new concepts, campaigns, promotions and product launches with a hand on approach, managing end to end marketing operations
• Train the field store staff in delivering be spoke implementation of the brand guidelines, ensuring a consistent look and feel
• Create brand store playbooks to ensure effective implementation and on board the teams to the brand philosophy
• Conduct store audits and lead implementation of projects with a mindset of evolving and improving the customer experience
• Coordinate with cross -functional teams for both internal and external communication to ensure effective roll out of projects and teams' alignment
