RESPONSIBILITIES
• Complete preparations before and during service, like preparing serving cutlery and ensuring all work surfaces and equipment are clean.
• Have full knowledge of the table planning of the F&B outlet and being able to memorize multiple orders at the same time.
• Coordinate the orders in a way that all dishes are served in an efficient and timely matter.
• Have full knowledge of F&B menu items to assist guests and waiting staff where needed.
• Deliver orders to guests not only in F&B outlet but if necessary to rooms, gym, swimming pool etc.
• Monitor tables for next courses and communicate this with waiting staff and kitchen.
• Engage in a friendly manner with guests when taking orders and communicate orders clearly to the kitchen team.
• Communicate any VIPs and special requests from guests to the service and kitchen team.
• Follow sequence of service and be able to deal with any special requests.
