Business Analyst

- Minimum 5 years IT experience covering development, solution design, configuration, end user testing across business applications for large complex organisations and in enterprise-grade software.
- Proven ability to translate and map business requirements to software systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English, including report writing and presentation skills.
- Experience in Aviation industry will be an added advantage. Technical Expertise : - At least 3 years of experience in Fusion HCM Payroll applications.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts and HCM Fast Formula.
- At least 3 years of experience in OTBI, BI Publishers, Infolets and other HR dashboards.
