ENTERPRISE SOLUTIONS ASSISTANT MANAGER

Responsibilities:
• Inform feedback from students on how to improve the level of service to the Chief Instructor and Watersports Academy Director. Why: relevant to improve the quality and name of the Academy and engage/interact with students all time.
• Ensure that the Chief Instructor is aware of any damage to equipment and repair any non – structural damage to a high standard Why: mandatory to maintain the equipment safe.
• Ensure each safety boat is set up correctly before and whilst afloat Why: mandatory to perform the activities in safety.
• Responsible for the safety of her/his designated group on and off the water and ensure to have the correct safety cover and students are sailing the correct boat in the most suitable sailing area Why: mandatory for safety.
• Be punctual and complete the hours of work as decided by the Watersports Academy Director and/or Chief Instructor. Why: relevant to perform the work properly and duly executed.
• Understand and work within the operating procedures of the Watersports Academy at all times. Why: mandatory to perform the activities with high standards of safety and quality.
