- Provide administrative support to the Food & Beverage department and other managers, as assigned
- Manage the Departmental schedule or Roster
- Report directly to the COO / Store Manager and support the administration of the Food & Beverage department
- Assist with the coordination of special projects, including scheduling and follow-up
- Develop formal training plans and conduct on the job training sessions for Food & Beverage Department employees
