•Directly oversees the planning and day-to-day activities of thePool Area, Security, Entertainments as applicable to the Hotel andits guests.
• Monitors and reviews guestcontact areas throughout the hotel to ensure unwavering adherenceto service standards, policies and processes with a focus on theguest experience.
• Maintains the Manager onDuty program and scheduling to achieve adequate leadershipcoverage, while ensuring timely response and follow-up to all guestrequests and concerns, 24/7.
• Continuallycollects and reviews guest feedback with teams and counterparts inan effort to minimize defects and maximize guestsatisfaction.
• Works with hotel teams tostreamline the flow of communication and operational processesrelated to all departments within the Resort, with a focus onefficiency and guest convenience.
• Develops,implements and monitors standard protocol related to cleanliness,health, liability, lost & found, safety, and securitythroughout the Hotel. (e.g identifying potential hazards, incidentreporting, emergency response, evacuation procedures,etc
