- Build strong relationships and manage employee relations
- Oversee the HR team and implement various programs and solutions
- Ensure best practices in recruitment, employee hiring and on-boarding, internal transfers and off-boarding
- Manage the full employee experience: lead the performance management program and support managers and staff performance
- Manage compensation program based on current market data
- Manage global mobility
- Remain up to date in employment laws across the region
- Create a collaborative environment where individuals can come together to contribute ideas and share views
- Leading global HR initiatives or providing backup when another team member is on leave
- Assist with developing budgets for the global talent function
