Responsibilities:
Consulting with data management teams to get abig-picture idea of the company’s data storageneeds
Presenting the company with warehousingoptions based on their storage needs.
Designing and coding the data warehousing system todesired company specifications
Conductingpreliminary testing of the warehousing environment before data isextracted
Extracting company data andtransferring it into the new warehousing environment.
Testing the new storage system once all the data has beentransferredTroubleshooting any issues thatmay ariseProviding maintenancesupport.
