Power Apps developer- Lead

• Lead the Microsoft delivery team in the design development and implementation of Microsoft Power Platform solutions that meet client requirements and objectives.
  

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into actionable technical solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
  

• Provide technical guidance and expertise to project teams ensuring highquality delivery and adherence to best practices.
  

• Stay uptodate with the latest trends and advancements in Microsoft Power Platform technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance client outcomes.
  

• Mentor and coach team members to foster their professional growth and development within the Microsoft Power Platform space.
  

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients partners and internal teams to drive successful project outcomes and client satisfaction.
  

• Contribute to thought leadership initiatives by sharing insights experiences and best practices related to Microsoft Power Platform through internal and external channels.
  

• Support Sales Cycles from a Technology Solution Standpoint.
  

• Evangelize the Microsoft Power Platform to PwC Clients.
  

Experiences and skills you ll use to solve

• Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Engineering or a related field.
  

• 10 years of Software Development experience with 3 years in leading and delivering Microsoft Power Platform solutions with a focus on Power Apps Power Automate and Power BI.
  

• Proven track record of successfully leading teams in the design and delivery of complex technical solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.
  

• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
  

• Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  

• Relevant certifications in Microsoft Power Platform (e.g. Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate) are highly desirable.
