• Research new system vendors as and when required
• Conduct regular data auditsFind creative and insightful answers to ad hoc requests regarding HR related data and analytics and provide recommendations based on those insights
• Manage and maintain all system and data updates across all HR tools and systems.
• Resolve escalations relating to People Systems and Tools
• Maintain a backlog of issues which needs to be resolved by our system suppliers
• Ensure noon is compliant with any data protection regulations or laws
• Collaborate closely with noon’s IT team to run system upgrades and tests
• Provide subject matter expertise to all stakeholders involved in the project both within the People Team and wider teams across the business
• Hands on project management to ensure timelines are met to deliver successful implementation for the business
• Lead the Change Management activities for noon across all countries and functions, including the design and implementation of training programs for HR teams, Line Managers and Employees to enable a successful launch
• Work closely with COEs teams to understand current challenges and business needs and utilize HRMS/technology for the optimal solutions where possible
• Manage successfully the implementation of our new HRMS (Darwinbox) through all life cycle stages of the project, from business process mapping to system design, testing and finally deployment
• Act as the owner of all People related systems at noon, including the HRMS and payroll system and any integrations with internal and external platforms
