Concept Developer (F&B/Hospitality)

Job Description

Our client is one of the leading design houses in the Middle East region. They specialise in the F&B/Hospitality sectors and due to recent contract wins, they are seeking to hire a high calibre Concept Developer to join their talented team. Our Client is looking for an F&B Concept Developer with 3-5 years of relevant experience to create engaging F&B concepts for its wide range of hospitality projects. Responsibilities • Executing market research studies and concept development trajectories, from strategy to operational detailing • Inventing and/or innovating F&B experiences • Food and beverage philosophy creation, menu concepts and recipe development • Managing the development of detailed concept documents • Developing high-level (P&L) projections and budgets for F&B outlets • Identifying and selecting OS&E and uniforms • Guiding graphic designers with the development of brand collaterals • General project and client management to lead and oversee the successful development of multiple F&B concepts Requirements • 3-5 years of relevant experience in F&B concept development • Bachelor degree - ideally in hospitality management • Fluent in English (verbal and written) • Strong passion for the F&B industry • Ideally familiar with the F&B scene within Dubai and wider Middle-Eastern region
