Job Description

Reports to: Senior Marketing Executive Job purpose: • The job holder is the single point of contact for submittal activities to ensure timely and accurate document submittals. • This mission requires daily contact with our sales teams (retail and field teams) across the UAE. • The job holder will also support the Marketing Department with marketing related tasks and activities. Responsible for: • Coordinates submittal requirements and accordingly collates material. • This involves coordination with different departments of the organisation to obtain the required documents for the submittals. • Ensure timely delivery of submittals (soft and hard copies) to the right people. • Respond to queries / comments received from customers / contractors ensuring inputs are factually correct. • Prepares warranty certificates and material test certificates. • Responsible for vendor registration ensuring all requirements are met. • Responsible for tracking, documenting and maintaining information (specification, documentation, vendor list, BOQ etc.). • Coordinates the registration process offline and online for suppliers, authorities, contractors. • Controls prequalification procedures and policies. • Regularly follows up with both sales team and customer. • Provides support in marketing tasks as assigned by the line manager. • Fosters a work culture that is built on the foundations of our organizational core values.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements: • Graduate with a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role preferred • Marketing background preferred • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent planning and organising skills • Sense of urgency • Multi-tasking and workload prioritisation skills • Accuracy and attention to detail • MS Office & ERP system experience Other: • Preference will be given to applicants who are available to join immediately • Applications should reside in Dubai • Own transport to be arranged to and from work
