Job Description

Promoter Management: - Minimum 10 Plus Years experience in Merchandising Digital retail brands. - To monitor the retailer/s sell-out & market share of Brands, where the promoters are placed. - To manage promoters, VMD team & Team Supervisors. - To make sure the ROI of promoters is maintained - TV / Camera & Personal Audio category. - Weekly review of promoter sales. - Promoter Tool app management. - Monthly Category targets/incentives follow up with the principal. - Monthly / Quarterly Incentive calculation - Promoters / VMD & TS. - Monthly report making pertaining to promoter placement, TGT Vs. Achievement. Product Management: CAR Audio - To maintain & monitor the inventory days. - Dealer management – PO placement, PI creation & Payment follow-up. - Online channel management – AMAZON. - PSI management. - Sales forecasting.
