1.Designing and developing personalized workout programs for the members, through evaluating their current fitness level, and understanding the goals they wish to achieve and the skills they possess, and monitoring the progress. 2.Frequently taking the required measurements for the members; including weight, height, fat percentage, weight of muscle mass, etc. in order to make the necessary calculations including body mass index (BMI), fat percentage and any other related measures, and monitoring the progress the members achieve. 3. Demonstrating/ coaching new members on the proper use of all machines and equipment and how to carry out the various exercises, as requested, to ensure proper techniques are followed. 4. Keeping an eye on members while exercising, ensuring they are following the proper techniques in order to achieve the best fitness goals and avoid injuries. 5. Providing emergency first aid for the members, when needed, such as CPR in order to avoid related consequences. 6. Explaining and enforcing safety rules and regulations on floor, and on the use of machines and equipment in order to avoid any mistakes or accidents that might occur. 7. Initiating and building effective, positive and trusting relationships with members in order to increase their satisfaction and hence their retention. 8. checking all floor machines and equipment regularly, and raising any malfunction to the direct supervisor to ensure all equipment are functioning perfectly. 9. Answering members’ questions related to fitness such as nutrition, weight control, lifestyle issues, etc. or guiding them to the related party to get the needed answers. 10. Recommending new machines and fitness techniques that meet members need and requests. 11. Performing any other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor
