• To receive customer vehicles for service and repair jobs and raise repair orders in Workshop / Bodyshop. • Technically competent to understand the customer needs and requirements and accordingly raise Service Orders. • To provide customer support via phone and face to face Take and relay messages. • To provide customer a detailed explanation on jobs to be carried out on vehicle. • To provide detailed explanation and technical justification for additional repairs with cost estimate and obtain approval from customers. • To maintain customer contact to ensure smooth delivery of vehicle. • To advise customers on the required vital jobs. • To have flair for selling value added services, service contracts and accessories. • To make every effort to resolve customer complaints and ensure customer has positive ownership experience. • Regularly follow up with Workshop controller and technicians on his vehicles and update Customers regularly on the job progress and ensure delivery of the vehicle at the promised time. • To coordinate with the team and to ensure the timely completion of the customer vehicles • To raise warranty approvals • To raise special orders for parts not available, follow up, and keep customer informed. • Follow up payments of credit customers and ensure collection within stipulated time. • Regularly monitor orders raised by him and ensure timely billing. • Conduct post service follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. • Comply with safe work practices, with the intent of avoiding injury to themselves. • Take reasonable care of the health and safety of themselves and others. • Comply with any direction given by management for health and safety. • Not misuse or interfere with anything provided for health and safety. • Report all accidents and incidents on the job immediately, no matter how trivial. • Report all known or observed hazards to the Customer Relationship Manager • Perform other related duties as requested or required by the line manager.
