Job description We are looking for a detail-oriented Hotel Reservations Assistant to assist our guests and travel agencies with their booking needs. You will provide various planning and booking services, including answering customers’ questions and booking rooms. Duties and Responsibilities: Handling bookings (FIT/groups) Knowledge of Reservation system (opera will be an advantage) Handling telephonic inquiries Handling online reservation/bookings and online channels like Booking.com and Agoda etc. Responding to emails Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations Processing bookings and sending confirmation details to travel agents or customers Selling and promoting hotel rooms and services Requirements: Knowledge about UAE market Experience working in sales and reservations, preferably in the hospitality or hotel industries. Customer-service experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. Flexible working hours.
