• Ensure that all equipment 3rd party certificates are all valid and to be renewed prior to the expiry date.
• All DM-related and DCD-related certificates to be renewed prior to the expiry date. Follow-up with concerned departments to be done as required.
• Monitoring the PPM schedule of all annual maintenance contracts; ensure that the PPM is completed, follow-up with the concerned Engineering leader or with the contractor/supplier if required.
• Handling Day-to-day secretarial work including typing, filing, faxes, telephone, etc.
• Assist in the monitoring and maintaining of inventory.
