MEP Engineer

• To Lead a team of Technicians for successful execution of HVAC Maintenance Contract Activities
  
• To Complete project management, supervision and maintenance MEP Maintenance Contract for High Rise Towers, Commercial Complex
  
• The candidates must have thorough knowledge of routine PPM, Troubleshooting & Breakdown Activities
  
• Handle day-to-day Operation, Preventive & Corrective Maintenance across all facilities include HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting ,etc.
  
• Lead and train the skilled technical Team carrying full responsibility for the MEP Plants.
  
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures for O&M of Plant with quality.
  
• Analyse the Suppliers Quotations and cost comparisons
  
• Co- ordinate with all stake holders like HK, Leasing and Security Team to fulfil the requirements for the operational requirements of the premises
  
• Maintained the record of material/ spares for the Plant and kept asset register for entire premises.
  
• Supervision of AMC contractors and vendors.
  
• Responsible for Facilities Management inventory
  

Requirements

• Qualified Electrical or Mechanical Engineer with good communication skills and Hands-On experience in Maintenance of MEP Installations.
  
• Minimum 5 years Experience in a related fields of specifications.
  
• Strong Team leadership and Management Skills.
  
• Ability to work under pressure and flexibility to work long hours, if the situation demands.
  
• Ability to work in a collaborative and diverse team environment.
  
• Must be well familiar with computer applications and capable of generating & presenting maintenance reports.
  
• UAE driving license is preferable
  
• Applicant should be inside UAE to attend site interview.
