Job Description :
you will assist with a variety of clerical and administrative duties. These tasks include greeting clients, answering phones, taking messages, managing email and mail correspondence, and calendaring. You may also assist with invoicing, updating client files, and ordering office supplies. Since you will be the first person clients see as they walk through our door, we are looking for an individual who can maintain a professional appearance at all times.
Responsibilities :
1. Answer phones and take messages
2. Respond to emails
3. Manage mail correspondence
4. Greet clients and visitors
5. Help maintain office calendar
Qualification :
1. Bachelor's degree
2. Administrative or clerical experience preferred
3. Computer proficiency
4. Organizational and time management skills
