Responsibilities:
Oversees all elevator and escalator maintenance contracts Supervises Service Field Managers, Engineers, Coordinators, Call Canter and employees by providing direction and training, and communicating company policies, procedures and objectives Visits job sites and performs quality audits to ensure that route work is being completed efficiently and, in a cost, effective manner
Uses accounting reports to review route management and call backs which includes, making necessary changes to improved profitability
Maintains the repair backlog healthy by completing the repairs and producing enough opportunities
