Responsibility of Employee:
- Perform start-up, troubleshooting, repair, of turbo compressors
- Technical Data Supply, Field Reporting
- Technical support and training Customers & Agents
- Primary Investigation and Analysis of Hanwha Equipment Failure/Damaged During Commissioning
- support another department if necessary
- non-oem business field service, find unknown
- Contract management, maintenance planning development, spare parts planning and coordination of all services.
- Equipment Health Monitoring Services
- Support Company with advice regarding storage and condition of Insurance Spares, Capital Spares and Operating Spares
- 24/7 Remote Technical support
- Managerment of necessary tools and tackles required for their maintenance activities at site
- Necessary management for HSE requirement from ADNOC
Requirements
Education: higher technical education
- Engineering diploma at a minimum, with mechanical or mechanical related engineering.
Experience:
- Commissioning experience with compressor or rotating machinery (especially turbo/centrifugalcompressor)
- Work experience in or with oil & gas company
- Experience in commissioning a plant construction site
- Experience with IR/Atalas copco/Kobelco/Siemens/Cameron application of compressors and compressed air systems- especially TURBO/CENTRIFURGAL compressor
- Experience with any authorized agent by IR/Atalas copco/Kobelco/Siemens/Cameron
- Experience with Rotating Engineer or Commission Engineer(Mechanical/Control) Engineering company in Oil and Gas Field.
- Experience with mechanical engineer in Maintenance Team from Company such as ASU/OIL AND GAS COMPANY.
Knowledge and understanding:
- Principles of rotating machinery (especially turbo compressor)
- Mechanical and electrical parts of compressor equipment
- Understand various drawings and manuals such as PID, GA, etc
- Use of measurement equipment(alignment, loop, function generator) or evaluation of measurement results
- Evaluation and setting of alarm levels in machinery protection systems
- PC (Microsoft Office, Internet and etc)
- Offshore works
Language: technical English, Arabic if possible
