Responsibilities:
• Manage, develop and supervise direct report staff, including the reception, coaching team, maintenance, and general administration department
• Establish and maintain respectful and good working relationships with all staff
• In cooperation with the Operations Director, establish and maintain good communication with the parent community
• Oversee the development of operational strategy in cooperation with the Operations Director and other department managers
• Establish and maintain appropriate systems to monitor, evaluate and report on all operational departments
• Ensure daily cleanup of the ground facility and offices
• Ensure the secure opening and closing of the facility
• Manage all contracts related to custodial, maintenance and security services
• Participate in the development of the annual operational and capital budgets for the facility
• Monitor the expenditure of budget funds allocated to the club
• Assist with recruitment, screening, hiring and orienting of operations staff
• Ensure all the club operational activities meet health and safety, legal, environmental and general duty of care standards
• Manage social media account of the center
• Identify other opportunities to help increase sales production of the center
