Regional Parts Manager

• Build a good image by providing fast and professional spare part support across the GCC region.
  
• Managing spare parts and warehouse business, in line with the targets.
  

• Acts as spare parts expert between distributor and HQ.
  
• Coordinates the regular spare parts order and warehouse operation issues.
  
• Development and implementation of spare parts development strategy spare parts order and warehouse operation KPI.
  
• Develop spare parts order and forecast process and standard with the distributor.
  
• Plan the spare parts inventory & order to achieve the target sales, service level, Stock Month, and turnover rate.
  
• Streamline the Distributor Order and supply process for more efficient business operation.
  
• Conduct the Perpetual inventory and annual Inventory for maintaining stock accuracy.
  
• Develop an annual Sales Plan and budget consistent with brand growth and Marketing goals
  
• Conducting parts marketing activities.
  
• Develop spare parts warehouse process and standard, monthly report format, and warehouse operation KPI.
  
• Conduct distributor Spare Parts training and Business conference
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree/Diploma in mechanical engineering
  
• 5+ year s automobile spare parts business and spare parts warehouse management work experience with proven track records in the GCC region.
  
• Have knowledge of spare parts ordering and forecast, operation managing experience.
  
• Strong and accurate spare parts warehouse managing and operation skills
  
• Strong international trade knowledge and logistic operation experience.
  
• Effective communication skills
  
• Fluency in English and Arabic would be advantageous.
