Job Description

- Creation and maintenance of project schedules and plan with financial and resource requirements
- Ensure milestones, deliverables and SLAs are met in all projects
- Use project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence
- Oversight of vendor service reviews and service improvement and innovation plans as necessary
- Monitoring and reporting vendors’ service performance against criteria
- Complete projects by coordinating resources and timetables with vendors and other departments within the center.
- Organize and track all documentation between the company and vendors
- Resolve vendor disputes or issues quickly and efficiently
- Work with IT Procurement Contact to ensure support / subscription contracts are renewed on time
