Job Description

- Communicates with stakeholders and ensure customer expectations are met
- Liaises with Sales Team to drive commercial success of the business.
- Develops and maintains a team which will enable the production and delivery of feed to required specifications and quality within the requirements of health and safety and environmental legislation while minimising to be met at minimum cost
- Ensures that the finished product quality standards and consistency are maximised.
- Maintains cleanliness, hygiene standards and the implementation of all related procedures
- Ensures an adequate maintenance programme is devised and implemented to ensure the smooth ruining of the Feed business.
- Ensures compliance with Health and Safety and Environmental Law and Policy
- Introduces a continuous improvement programme for the operation.
- Undertakes capital projects for the site as planned.
