Job Description
- Analyze and troubleshoot user issues and questions regarding assigned applications and software. .
Help to automate existing manual procedures. .
Audit systems and assess their outcomes. .
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. .
Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time. .
Document interfaces between legacy and new systems. .
Collaborate with IT security, infrastructure, and applications for introducing a new systems or execute IT risk assessment for a new software. .
Train new users for the assigned systems and document a user manual for publishing. .
Responsible for translating the business language to a technical language for development. .
Travel to remote locations including land and offshore rigs. .
Responsible for answering incoming phone calls and email requests in a timely manner.
