The ideal candidate for this role will have been in a 360 HR role throughout their career but with a large level of experience/focus in recruitment, training, strategy and have a proven track record in establishing a people culture throughout a business.
Strong knowledge and experience in HRIS systems, excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and a strong knowledge of legal regulations are essential.
Whilst industry experience is not a must, candidates with experience in Manufacturing, FMCG or similar field are encouraged to apply.
