•Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to
client concerns and needs
• Communicating with clients to understand their needs and
explain product
• Building relationships with clients based on trust and
• Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client

• Work with marketing and other internal teams to develop
strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met
• Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about
consumer
• Keeping accurate records pertaining to client records,
