Head of People

• Lead on embedding our new People System, acting as system administrator and making sure that we are making the best use of it and that colleagues are confident in using

• Develop data reporting and metrics to drive strategic data insights for the organisation, including the development of SLAs and monthly, quarterly and annual Support the Director of People and People Business Partners to promote a culture of evidence-based decision making and data This includes regularly presenting data and analysis to the Senior Leadership

• Manage aspects of the People budget, including regular reforecasting, and managing vendor relationships to ensure Unicef UK obtains maximum value for money and high-quality service
